The Opportunity This is a career-defining leadership role for an accomplished agency recruiter who wants to build, lead, and scale a national Sales & Marketing recruitment division. You’ll take ownership of the division’s growth strategy while remaining hands-on in billing and client development. This is a true billing management role, where you’ll lead by example, coach high performers, and build a team that consistently delivers commercial results. With offices across Australia and strong backing from a global group, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the division your way with the support, brand, and infrastructure to scale it nationally.
